JUICE HEALS

 (The following items are for reference only.. it is  NOT meant to be a replacement for medical care.)

 

 

    BOOST YOUR ENERGY:1

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 cup bottled water
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 cup spinach juice

    Put in Blender and blend well.  Drink about 1/2 cups at a time.  Be sure to keep it refrigerated.

    CLEAR YOUR COMPLEXION WITH A SHAKE1

  • 1/4 cup spinach juice
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • Handful of parsley

    Put in Blender and blend well. (makes approx. 1-1/2cups of juice.

    EASY BREATHING SHAKE1

  • 4 carrots
  • 1 turnip
  • Handful of watercress
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup tomato juice

    Blend the vegetables first and then add tomato juice.  Blend completely until smooth. (makes about 2 cups)

    HELP KEEP THE BLADDER AND KIDNEY INFECTIONS AT BAY1

  • 1/2 cup each of strawberries and raspberries (frozen will work if you don't have fresh)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup watermelon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup plan or vanilla yogurt

    Blend and drink two to three times a day during the infection. 

    BREATHE EASIER BLEND1 (HELP BRONCHITIS)

  • 3 broccoli florets
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tomato juice

    Juice the vegetables, add tomato juice and garlic.  Serve cool but not cold. Be sure to refrigerate leftovers.

    EASE YOUR SORE THROAT1

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • small piece ginger root
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice

    Blend together;  Sip slowly several times a day.  This will ease the soreness

    ANOTHER KIDNEY SOOTHER:1

  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup small watermelon
  • Piece of ginger
  • Ice cubes

    Blend together.  Drink it cold.  This should make about 1 serving.
